About us
After a successful 15-year career working in Israeli hi-tech, Ran Paskal decided he wanted to change gears and do something that would bring people joy. He underwent rigorous training and obtained his commercial aviation licenses in both Israel and the United States.
Ran flies for several commercial operators, including as chief pilot, in addition to being the owner-operator of Discovery Flights. He has flown nearly every type of flight under the sun (e.g. aerial photography, test flights, medivac, and more) and feels very fortunate to make a living doing what he loves.
Ran is passionate about all things aviation and has an unwavering commitment to safety. Alongside that, he believes in having fun while doing what you love, and finds immense satisfaction in exceeding customers’ expectations.
